- Shipping Methods We ship all orders via Royal Mail, the UK’s standard postal system.
- Shipping Costs Shipping costs are included in the item price for parcels within the UK, up to 0.5kg.
- Order Processing Time Orders are processed and sent to be shipped within 15 minutes of ordering. This ensures prompt dispatch and delivery of your product.
- International Shipping We offer international shipping for orders outside the EU and UK, provided a minimum of two items are ordered. Please note that additional customs fees or import duties may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.
- Carriers All shipments are handled by Royal Mail postal service.
- Free Shipping We do not offer free shipping. However, the shipping fee remains the same regardless of the order size, so larger orders do not incur additional shipping costs.
- Tracking Information Tracking is available for all shipments. For UK orders, tracking updates are frequent and timely. For international orders, tracking updates are provided once the parcel arrives in the destination country.
- Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to Spain or any territories under the jurisdiction of the Spanish government due to local laws and regulations.
- Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost, we will make every effort to recover it. We will also initiate a claims process with the carrier, which may take some time. We assure you that we will replace your parcel and ensure it reaches you successfully.
- Environmental Considerations We ensure all packaging is secure and suitable for safe delivery. While we do not have specific environmental packaging initiatives, we encourage recycling of packaging materials where possible.
Shipping timelines
Shipping within the UK take 2-3 working days – however international shipment are subject to customs and do not have an exact time frame, but in general they take 2 weeks to reach destinations like within the EU, or USA, or Australia.
Shipping to african countries take 3-4 weeks.
